Banana Nutella Muffins

Aaaawwwww yyyeaaaahhhhh!!!!

What if that was just my whole blog post? I don’t really think a whole lot needs to be said about banana nutella muffins. The title is pretty self explanatory. It really does not get better than this. I could eat an entire jar of Nutella by itself, and I could also eat a dozen banana muffins in one sitting. When you put the two together, magic happens.

I took my regular banana muffin recipe, which usually has chocolate chips in it and just swapped the chocolate chips for nutella. It was that easy! The banana muffin recipe I use comes from my Mom, and I have no idea where she got it. It most likely came out of an old issue of Canadian Living or the Robin Hood flour recipe booklets. Wherever it came from, it is by far the most delicious banana muffin recipe around. They always turn out perfectly moist, and I usually use enough chocolate chips to make it more chocolate chip than muffin, which is really what I like to look for in a muffin. A banana muffin without some form of chocolate in it is a deal breaker for me – it wouldn’t even get a first date.
