30 Semi-Healthy Days - Day 16: Almond Milk Mocha Frappuccino
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold coffee (I just used leftover coffee from the morning)
- 1 Tablespoon instance espresso (if you want a stronger coffee flavor)
- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- Squeeze of chocolate syrup
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 cups ice (more as needed)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, optional
Instructions:
- Combine the coffee, espresso, almond milk, chocolate syrup, honey and ice in a blender until smooth.
- Add more ice if needed.
- Put the coconut milk in a sealed mason jar and shake for 30 seconds until foamy. Pour over the top of the frappuccino. I added the coconut milk for some extra flavor because I love coconut, but it is good without it as well.
