Banana Nutella Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3-4 medium super ripe bananas, mashed (I just store bananas in the freezer until I am ready to bake with them someday)
- 1/2 cup Nutella (more or less depending on how much you want in each muffin)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream together the butter, vanilla and sugar with a mixer until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients and add alternately with the bananas, mixing until well smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with papers and fill each about 3/4 of the way with the batter.
- Top each of the muffins with 1 teaspoon (or more if you like) of Nutella.
- Swirl the Nutella into the muffins with a toothpick.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
