Blackberries and Cream Milkshakes

Ingredients:

For the vanilla milkshake For the blackberry swirl For the whipped cream

Instructions:

For the vanilla milkshake
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Start with 1/3 cup of milk and add more if it is too thick. You can also always add more ice cream if you find it to be too thin.
  2. Fill 2 glasses about 3/4 of the way.
For the blackberry swirl
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Strain if you don't like the seeds and then divide equally on top of the 2 vanilla shakes. Use a spoon or knife to gently swirl into the milkshakes.
For the whipped cream
  1. Use a mixer to beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. With the mixer on low, slowly add the sugar and vanilla. Turn mixer back to high and continue mixing until stiff peaks form.
  3. Top milkshakes with a swirl of whipped cream and fresh blackberries.
