Cheesy Chex Mix
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
- 3 cups mini pretzels
- 3 cups mixed nuts of any kind
- 3 cups Parmesan crisps
- 3 cups Goldfish
- 1/2 cup melted, salted butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, depending on your desired spice level
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chives or onion flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. and line 2 large sheet pans with parchment paper.
- Combine the Chex cereals, pretzels, nuts, Parmesan crisps and Goldfish in the biggest bowl you have. Divide between two bowls if needed to make sure you have room to stir.
- Whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Pour over the snack mix and use a wooden spoon or spatula to slowly fold and stir until every piece is coated in the seasoning mixture. This will probably take a few minutes.
- Spread the snack mix in a single layer on the prepared sheet pans. Go ahead and use another pan if needed to makes sure it's all one layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes, making sure to turn the pans and stir the mix around halfway through. If you are using more than one oven rack, swap the pans between the racks halfway through as well to prevent burning on the top or bottom.
- Let cool before storing in a sealed container for up to 1 month.
