Chocolate Almond Cherry Crisps
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
- 3/4 cup dried cherries (I bought the Ocean Spray dried cherries)
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Put all of the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir the chocolate chips, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir until melted and combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together with a spoon.
- Spoon tablespoonfuls onto the wax paper-covered cookie sheet and refrigerate for 45 minutes to an hour or until firm.
