Coconut Margaritas
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces olmeca altos reposado tequila
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, plus extra for the rim
- Toasted shredded coconut and salt for the rim
- Ice
Instructions:
- Dip the rim of your glass in some fresh squeezed lime juice and then dip the glass in a mixture of coconut and salt to line the rim.
- Combine the tequila, coconut and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake to mix.
- Pour the mixture over ice in your glass and serve with an extra lime slice or wedge.
