Cookie Butter Frappuccino
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup cold coffee, cold brew or espresso
- 1/2 cup chocolate oat milk*
- 2 tablespoons cookie butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup and cinnamon for serving
Instructions:
- Make the whipped cream. Combine heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract and beat using a mixer with a whisk attachment until smooth and stiff peaks form. This will take a few minutes.
- Make the frappuccino. Combine ice, coffee, milk and cookie butter in a blender until smooth.
- Squeeze some chocolate syrup around the inside of two tall glasses.
- Pour blended frappuccino into prepared glasses, top with homemade whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon to serve!
