Greek Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place your naan quarters onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  3. Meanwhile, toss the cucumber, tomatoes, feta, pepperoncini and olives with the olive oil, lemon juice, Italian herbs and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  4. Mash up your avocado and season with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Spread hummus on top of the toasted naan.
  6. Top with mashed avocado and spoon the veggie mixture on top.
