Green Tea Chai Latte

  1. Combine the water, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the matcha, whisking to dissolve it.
  3. Pour the green tea chai tea into a cup through a sieve to strain.
  4. Use a milk frother to foam it up as much as you like before drinking. If you are using the jar method to froth the milk, just reserve about 1/4 cup of milk to heat separately in a jar in the microwave. Cover with a lid and shake vigorously to foam it up. Pour over the prepared latte.
