Layered Greek Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup plain hummus
- 1/2 chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped roma tomato
- 1/3 cup sliced, pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 sliced green onions
- Pita chips, for serving
Instructions:
- User a mixer to combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, liquid smoke, garlic and seasonings on medium until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture into a 9" pie plate.
- Spread hummus on top of cream cheese layer.
- Top with chopped veggies. Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips or toasted pita bread for dipping.
