Mini Baked Pasta Cups

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease 8 small (6 oz.) ramekins.
  3. Combine the pasta sauce, olives, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and lemon juice.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pasta sauce and toss to combine.
  5. Divide the pasta evenly between the 8 ramekins. They should be filled up almost all the way to the top with a little bit of room for the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of each ramekin.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble/brown on top.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve!
