Olive and Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add the tahini and lemon juice to your food processor and blend it for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy. Make sure to stop and scrape down the sides if you need to.
  2. Add the chickpeas, cumin, water, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add salt to taste. Add additional water as needed to get the consistency that you prefer.
  4. Add the olives and artichoke hearts and pulse the food processor a few times until they are chopped up, but not completely ground up.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with your favorite snacks!
