Raspberry Ginger Fizz
Ingredients:
Raspberry Ginger Fizz
- Frozen raspberries (for garnish)
- 1/3 raspberry simple syrup (see recipe below)
- 1/3 ginger beer
- 1/3 raspberry lime sparkling water (I used Spindrift)
- lime wedge (for garnish)
Raspberry Simple Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
Raspberry Ginger Fizz
- Add a few frozen raspberries to the bottom of a champagne glass (or whatever glass you like) and fill about 1/3 of the way with raspberry simple syrup.
- Fill the rest of the glass 1/3 with ginger beer and 1/3 with the sparkling water. Stir, garnish with a lime wedge and serve!
Raspberry Simple Syrup
- Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and add the raspberries. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and strain the simple syrup into a storage container. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
