Ingredients:

Raspberry Ginger Fizz

Raspberry Simple Syrup

Instructions:

Raspberry Ginger Fizz

  1. Add a few frozen raspberries to the bottom of a champagne glass (or whatever glass you like) and fill about 1/3 of the way with raspberry simple syrup.
  2. Fill the rest of the glass 1/3 with ginger beer and 1/3 with the sparkling water. Stir, garnish with a lime wedge and serve!

Raspberry Simple Syrup

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the raspberries. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and strain the simple syrup into a storage container. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
