S'mores Pudding Bars

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Crust:
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and butter the bottom of a 9 x 9 square baking dish.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until completely crumbled.
  4. Press into the prepared baking dish until even and bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  5. Filling:
  6. Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  7. Add in the chocolate until blended.
  8. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each addition.
  9. Prepare the dream whip according to the package directions.
  10. Fold prepared dream whip into the chocolate mixture until blended and smooth.
  11. Spread over the completely cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  12. Topping:
  13. Combine the marshmallow fluff and icing sugar, beating until smooth and stiff, 3-4 minutes.
  14. Use a food processor to make crumbs out of the graham crackers.
  15. Spread the marshmallow topping on top of the set chocolate and top with graham cracker crumbs.
  16. Refrigerate for another hour before serving in squares (or just scooping the mess into bowls to devour).
