Scrambled Eggs with Steak & Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
- Scrambled Eggs with Steak & Fresh Herbs
- Eggs - I used 4 eggs for 2 people
- 1 Tablespoon of milk for each egg
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Leftover steak or other meat, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 Tablespoon chopped, fresh oregano
- 1 Tablespoon chopped, fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions:
- Scramble the eggs and the milk with a fork.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour the eggs into the pan and immediately season with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak, herbs and green onions and cook the same as you would usually cook scrambled eggs.
