Sweet & Spicy Fall Candied Nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the egg white with 1 tablespoon of water in a large bowl until frothy.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cardamom, and cayenne.
  4. Toss the nuts in the egg white mixture, then stir in the sugar mixture and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Spread the nuts over the parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (shuffling them around every 10 minutes or so) until golden. Cool completely, then break into apart.
