Watermelon Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups frozen, cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon honey or other sweetener
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- Toasted, shredded coconut for topping
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Top with toasted coconut.
