White Chocolate Maple Chai Spiced Blondies
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces white chocolate chunks
- 4 ounce white chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper (or just grease it).
- Combine the melted butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a bowl with a whisk until smooth.
- Add the egg, whisking until smooth.
- Combine the flour and spices in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold with a spatula until just combined.
- Fold in 8 ounces of the white chocolate chunks.
- Spread the batter into your prepared baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting and drizzling with the remaining 4 ounces of melted white chocolate.
