White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino
Ingredients:
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold coffee, cold brew or espresso (I used the leftover coffee from my morning brew)
- 1/4 cup milk or half & half
- 2 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar or other sweetener (maple syrup, honey or agave work as well)
- Whipped cream (I made my own by beating 1/4 cup of sugar with 1 cup of heavy cream)
Instructions:
- Heat the milk or half & half up in the microwave for about 45 seconds just to warm it up.
- Whisk the warmed milk together with the melted chocolate. Heating both the white chocolate and the milk and whisking together helps prevent the white chocolate from forming clumps. You are essentially making a white chocolate syrup.
- Combine the white chocolate mixture with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Top with whipped cream.
